The March 2006 newsletter covers the beginning stage of training a dog to come when called. I will also discuss breed specific legislation and suggest how we can accomplish the goals of local governments while improving the dog as a species. This approach to the problem will encourage economic activity, reduce the social liability of aggressive dogs, and make the world a better place.
