Hey everyone
     I apologise to send this notice to everyone so late. The information is ready with us for which you have been waiting for so long. We will have AIENA meeting on 9th Dec at 7 p.m. We can all gather near Registration booth and then information about the exact venue will be provided to everyone. It would most probably be some very near restaurant where everyone can have their dinner and we can have our meeting going on.....
    So, Are you ready for the start. This meeting will be for both the existing members as well as those interested in knowing about it. So, please let others in contact with you know about it. It will be an informal meeting where everyone will have bright oppotunity to share their ideas about functioning of AIENA. Also, we would be discussing a brif about next year's program. We would also be seeking volunteers for taking the responsibility of working on AIENA committee.
  So, please mark your calenders for ESA meeting.
