After getting questions from people about time conflict of AIENA meeting with ESA plenary session and welcome reception, we have decided to change the time of meeting which will be 8:30 p.m. instead of 7.00 p.m. date remaining same i.e. 9th Dec., so that we can attend the plenary session as well as part of welcome reception. We will gather at registration booth and talk there itself (not any restaurant as informed in the last email).  We apologise for the incovenience caused due to change.
