The animal rights movement is spreading rapidly all over the country. Arkansas is already a target for bad animal laws. BSL is being proposed or passed in Arkansas cities and counties on an almost weekly basis now. The constitutional rights of animal owners are being violated. This group has been formed to educate, alert, and network to support laws that are good for both the animals and their owners and to oppose those that do not meet that criteria. The group will be moderated to keep us on topic. Personal attacks will not be tolerated. Trolls will be banned without notice.
