Arkansas rabies stats are posted on the state Health Department's website. They
aren't conveniently summarized on one page like the PA stats, and what is posted
doesn't go back as many years. You can navigate to what is available from this

It is obvious that, at least within the past 20 years or so, skunks are the most
prominent rabies vector species in Arkansas. Bats are a distant second.
Raccoons, which are a big problem in PA, don't seem to commonly turn up positive
for rabies in Arkansas -- and neither do dogs or cats.
