i was a tenant agent recently for a family that had a parrot cat and a
fluffily white sambaed
the owner of the house he liked was there and my tenant told him he "would
get rid of the dog if that is what it took to get into the house"" i was
standing right behind him when he said it !!! i asked him what he would do ~ he
got the dog from sambaed rescue and would return the dog to them "" the
landlord let him keep the dog but not the cat or the parrot
we live in a disposable society and he was so casual about it made me NUTS
of course the wife and kids didn't hear him say that !! a lot of owners do a
"pets on case by case basis"most dont want CATS and will usually flex about
dogs if the price is right
I have one right now: 500.00 pet deposit and 50 bucks more a month ....
people with dogs really are in trouble if they have to rent - the land lords
have them by the
short hairs
we will get these cowards"
