Bow Wow Luau featured at Basking Ridge Country Club
Friends of the Somerset Regional Animal Shelter (FOSRAS) will host a "Bow Wow
Luau'' from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 7, at the Basking Ridge Country Club,185
Madisonville Road, Basking Ridge, NJ.

Tropical food and drinks will be featured at the event, a benefit for FOSRAS, a
non-profit, volunteer group that supports the Bridgewater-based animal shelter.

A silent auction will also be held with great prizes to bid on such as a
champagne basket, wine basket, dog baskets and much more!

Well-behaved dogs are invited to the event, which will be held at the country
club's tent adjacent to the putting green.

Advance tickets are $55 per person, $65 at the door. There is an additional
charge of $10 per dog and $5 for each additional dog.

Doggy goody bags are included.

I live in Lehigh Acres Fl. I currently have 3 Large dogs and 4 cats. Everytime I
take one to the vet it gets more expensive. I was wondering if anyone in the Lee

Hi, my name is Lisa L. Byrd and I have been following the rash of dog killings
by Police Officers all over this once great Nation.  Most of them are or was
mistaken for Pitt Bulls, not all, but way too many.  Some of the poor babies
were pugs and Daschunds!  Unfortunately, this is happening almost everyday!  I
have created a petition to the President, the Senate, and Congress requesting
new laws regulating the use of deadly force against our beloved family members,
requesting new laws requiring mandatory training of all Police Officers, and
requesting that they be held accountable for their actions!  WOULD YOU PLEASE
SIGN AND SHARE THIS PETITION?  We need to get the word out to everyone with a
heart!  We need to demand change!

My kitties, who always were very healthy  all of a sudden started sneezing, and
have runny noses and eyes. I am fearing respiratory issues. So far 3 out of 5
have problems and 2 other ones will get it for sure. It is bothering them a lot
and I have to take them to the vet. Unfortunately I haven't been working for a
year now and can't seem to be able to find job. Vet bills in NJ are outrages and
living expenses high.
Anyone can help me out somehow? Maybe you know good inexpensive vet on the

Faulkner county spca 5011c3 27-4808979 is in urgent need of a rescue vehicle .We
have been without a working rescue vehicle since last october.This is limiting
our ability to transport animals off site for adoption events.We have run out of

My service dog loves bully sticks but they are too costly for daily

I have a pair of lovebirds (both untamed) and by pure accident they became
mates.
He just died.  So I think I would like to see if I can find another one that she
will also like. The bird has to be near where I live lake elsinore CALIF - so if
it doesnt work out it can be returned.  Or maybe her daughter would like him!
LOL
Also have absolutely no idea how old she is I have had her around 5 years and
she previously lived somewhere else with a mate. But I imagine a very young bird
wouldnt work.
Hope I can come up with something.  A couple of weeks ago my senegal male died
too! And then my cat! Think keeping animals they are bound to dye - but its
getting a little sad!
