Description

The Apalachee Beekeepers Association is the Tallahassee-area chapter of the Florida State Beekeepers Association for part-time and full-time beekeepers.

We are a body of enthusiastic beekeepers. Our purpose is to promote beekeeping, encourage good beekeeping practices, and to enjoy fellowship with like-minded beekeepers. We hope you will stop by and share your beekeeping experiences with us.

If you are interested in becoming a beekeeper we hope we can help you get started right.

Our regular meetings are at 7 pm on the second Tuesday of each month at the Leon County Extension Agency Office on Paul Russell Road near the fairgrounds in Tallahassee.
