This group is for breeders and lovers of the Arabian Horse to discuss conformation. All posts should be tactful and specific. Please keep all comments civil. Please put your name on all posts. Refrain from making rude or general statements about any horse, bloodline or breed. instead, please, give specific, descriptive statements related to a specific horse.

The purpose of this group is to gain a better understanding of Arabian conformation. This is done by studying photos, videos and writings about Arabian horses. This may be members submitting their own horses, submitting the images or videos of horses being promoted to the public or of horses that have died. We also encourage the discussion of how conformation helps or hinders in certain events or situations. Non Arabian conformation photos can be occasionally permitted but only as a comparison to Arabian conformation.

Listing horses for sale is not permitted unless you are also submitting that individual horse for a group critique. And even then "For Sale" must not be listed in the subject line.

Everyone requesting Membership is asked to give their first and last name, their location and farm name, their experience with Arabian horses and their reason for joining the group. Be prepared to introduce yourself to the group shortly after you are approved.

In this group no one is to be considered the final word. Different opinions are expected and encouraged. Everyone is encouraged to critique and give their opinion. It doesn't mater if you're a 30 year professional trainer or the 13 year old 4H kid with your first horse. All are encouraged to participate.
