Aussie Survey: PDF version available

Fresno, CA - ASHGI has mounted a pdf version of the survey on its website:
www.ashgi.org/ASHGI%20Health%20Survey%202009.pdf

The pdf can be downloaded by those who want to complete the survey by hand or
used by on-line participants to gather and organize their dogs' information
before starting the web-based survey.

ASHGI invites entries for all purebred Aussies. The more dogs that are enrolled
in this survey, the more useful it will be to the breed. The survey is open to
dogs born from 1990 to 2005. Access is via ASHGI's home page www.ashgi.org.
The survey will run for at least a year with a minimum goal of 500 entries.
Because of the detailed nature of the survey, you should have your dog's heath
information and breeding records available before you begin.

This survey was developed in cooperation with the Health and Genetics Committee
chairs of both ASCA and USASA as well as the health liaison for the ASC
Netherlands, an FCI club.

The Australian Shepherd Health & Genetics Institute, Inc., founded in 2001, is
