Discussion of making Kefir, sour cream, butter and other items is encouraged as well as the ageing process and use of starter cultures and where to purchase supplies. Participation and list discussion by the Beginner, novice, homesteaders, experienced, inexperienced, and small goat dairy owners is encouraged. FOR SALE or WANTED ADS for goats or goat-related items may be posted on any day of the week, provided you also participate in group discussion. Using the list for "selling only" or "product advertising only" or "want ads only" will be treated as SPAM and deleted. This rule applies equally to list members who post messages for non-list members. Those making disruptive posts and Spam will be removed from the list without notice.
