With the establishment of the FIFe Breed Councils, the majority of the breeds are catered for with their own BC Yahoo! Groups, and even websites.

However, there will inevitably be some administrative matters concerning the Breed Councils themselves that will most usefully be discussed between the BC secretaries.

For that reason this special Group has been set up, and all BC secretaries will be subscribed. At different times in a year, there will probably be a mix of temporary secretaries (appointed by FIFe), and the elected secretaries. (The Group is not an official publication of FIFe.)
