I just say no. Calmly and nicely, but I just say no. I politely listen to
what they have to say, and then I just say no. Over and over again, as many
times as it takes to get out of there. And I don't let my dog out of my
sight.

My best advice is to get to another vet and establish a good relationship with them. Question them about their stand on vaccinating an ill dog. Keep going...
