Thanks to you all for getting together on the BiState list.  This
idea seemed like a good one but the delays simply were too long and
(painful).

Let me review the material, prepare a document for all, including By-
Laws, then let's plan on a either a meeting via internet to review
the list and/or plan meeting (physical).

Coralie agrees.  And, she has a great idea. For the next gather on
the internet, Coralie suggestst that we have submitted ideas prepared
and distributed to each member prior to the meeting,then it will
simply be a formal walkthru of the agenda with voting in place at the
time of the internet session.

It is obvious that we have several members on line but the time delay
is too involved to progess smoothly  and efficiently...

Sorry guys - It's an hour later here (Indiana) and I'm beat.  I was

I think this format has been lost and I think the idea is a good idea
to get all together but I fear we have lost all of the Roberts Rules
of Order due to the time delays.

Administration:  Good point, the by-laws are expected this week.  I
have had Teresa Bippen (attorney) review and I hope to have by
Friday. The by-laws will be sent to each member for review and
comment.

Activities:

1)  $20 Advertisement to Celebration
2)  Trail Rides:
      Coralie's offer for a trail ride at Sullivan and BBQ at her home
following the trail ride.  We need to establish a date.

      Gabby's idea for a trail ride, which would be an overnighter---A
Whispering Pines.  We need a date and this is a great idea, as well.

3)  Clinics:
      McCoin complete English clinic
      Gabby, are you game for a western clinic?

       Natural Horsemanship clinic by professional rider, Dan Clark -
date to be determined.  Exhibition so there may not be a need for
insurance.  Location:  Chesterfield or Washington, MO

Other ideas

Again, we have lost our Robert Rules here so I think we will have to
revert back to a formalize meeting upon review of all these ideas.

English Clinic:  I have August 19 and 20 available for an English
clinic at a very nice English barn in Chesterfield, MO.  I would like
to ask this affiliate to approve this clinic.  All proceeds will be
directed to the affiliate.  The barn will collect the fees for the
stabling and a small portion of the enrollment fees. My time will be
100% donated.  No insurance necessary.  Topic:  English riding,
dressage, hunter over fences, hunter hack, and jumping.
