I've been breeding and showing rabbits for 25+ years. I would recommend that you start out with a trio not a pair. There are quite a few breeders in Maryland, check bulletin boards at feed stores, etc. Also, keep an eye on public service announcements for rabbit shows - definite place to meet breeders! Also, fair season is upon us - another possibility. Good luck!
