As far as I know there is no law in calgary requiring rabies at any age. There is no law requiring it every year, I know a lot of people who don't vacinate...

No vaccine laws at all in Alberta. There are only a couple of municipalities in all of Canada that have rabies laws - one or two in Ontario and then Winnipeg....
