Hi, my name is Kandi. I have a Crested boy named Bullet. I am very glad to
have found this group because there are not many Cresteds in my area, no one to
really help me in grooming his coat or anything, and i hope and assume you all
might be able to help. Plus, any and all knowledge I can get on the breed would
be great. Bullet,s papered name is Vanator's Bite the Bullet. I have not yet
shown him, but that is my intention.
In saying that, I do have some questions. His coat got really messed up when I
moved. I did not have the time, or find the time to tend it, so I shaved him,
however, I did not actually shave his legs, or the hairs on his chest, so he
looks a bit odd right now. Do I need to do that, to even out his coat, so that
it grows evenly and will look right in about 6 months so that I can show him.
Or does it not really matter that it was not all shaved off? Anyone? Thanks!!
