4 Wheeled Rig for dryland dog training

Welded square tubing frame, go cart front axle with geared steering, and
expanded metal floor deck. Frame is 3' wide x 6' long, rear axle is 4.5'
wide for added stability, and has friction brakes that work on the treads of
both rear tires. This rig is too heavy for racing but light enough to be
easily picked up and loaded by 2 people, and strong enough to use on
training and recreational runs.
