This is "THE" equine clicker training list! Learn to train your horse. We are discussing training any breed of equine with the clicker method. This method is easy to learn and can be used on all horse breeds including, but not limited to: Quarter Horses, Thoroughbreds, Appaloosas, Arabians, Tennessee Walkers, Missouri Fox Trotters, Paso Finos, Peruvian Pasos, Icelandic Horses, WarmBloods, Ponies, Driving Horses, Mules, Burros, Donkeys, etc. in all disciplines including dressage, western, trail riding, jumping, gymkhana, barrel racing, etc. View the ClickRyder website at the link below.

Hi Rachel, The swinging could be physical. It may be that the back is locked. I don't teach the pose because I think that sometimes the back is not ready for

I taught it by just using my finger and then treated afterwards. I slowly brought my finger closer and closer to Deegan's chest. When he got that I started

Teaching "the pose"
By this, I mean that the horse flexes at the poll, and brings his/her head into its chest. Actually, I just want it to be vertical from the poll to the nose.
