This is exactly what I needed to know. And do.
My default tendency is to not ramp up for duration/etc. as quickly as needed. I
REALLY have to continually remind myself to raise the bar... Probably every
significant challenge I've had with c/t has been related to not recognizing when
it was time to ask for more. Thanks for this good motivation to pay attention.

Also VERY useful advice. Yes, I can get my brain around thinking of halt as a
movement in this context, especially thinking about reinback which we've just
begun working on.
