Your very correct and all that you want the bit to do is feel uncomfertable not
make it pain full i don't use a bridle or a halter with my horse anymore all i
use now is a rope around her neck.Finnaly got to the point where i didn't use
ether it take's alot of trust to let your horse move at will my horse is a
morgan very smart in the morning she goe's to the gate i let her out she eat's
in the field all day lay;s around and in the evening time she come's back to the
gate wanting back in when she's laying down in the pasture i go to her and lean
my back up against her shoulder and she lick's my face and hand and nussle's me
with her nose .This type of relationship is only gained threw gentlness and
understanding and when i'm giving her effection if the other horse's come up she
will chase them off and come back to me and start nussling i have a very special
bond with my horse. my wife passed away had to give her a good home i'm disabled
don't get enough money to take care of her all she does now is stand in the
field with her head down and morn's and it hurt's me to see her like that but
what choice did i have
