Description

Diabetic Cats in Need helps diabetic cats and their people. Help can involve financing the medical and other needs of diabetic cats and rehoming diabetic cats, including the costs of rehoming. We can often find people located near a newly diagnosed diabetic cat to help train owners on optimal treatment. Diabetic Cats in Need is an affiliate/project of Our Lady of Mercy's Catnip Cottage, a 501(c)(3) organization.

Please visit Diabetic Cats in Need at http://dcin.info.

DCIN strives to locate, rescue, provide veterinary care for, transport, foster, and facilitate adoptions for cats with Diabetes mellitus. We welcome posts about these topics as well as requests for visits to evaluate diabetic cats and adoptive homes. See our Blog's donation page for information about making financial and in-kind donations.

At this time, you can read messages without becoming a member, but you must be a member to post. When you apply for membership, please let us know your DCC or FDMB user name. We encourage all members to add their information to the contacts list in the database link. We require that all members maintain at least a "special notice" listing.

Yahoo Groups truncates email addresses in messages sent through its list mailing service. To avoid this, please enter email addresses in the text of messages with spaces. For example, fluffycat @ aol.com (remove spaces).

Owner: Venita Wood, Manager, Diabetic Cats in Need; known on the DCC and FDMB as "Venita and The Boyz," the Boyz being FD littermates Ennis and Maxwell (GA).
