The rather rare Dales Pony is a breed that originated in England, known to be from the Northern region of England. The pony's ability to feed and thrive where most other horses would starve makes for a hardy pony that can reach up to 14.2 hands. The Dales Pony can be used for many purposes with children, as well as adults. Extra-ordinarily strong, as well as extremely versatile and intelligent, the pony is capable of enduring heavy weights and is often used for work, driving, pleasure and trail riding, showing, jumping, dressage; Colors vary from black, bay, brown and gray.

This group is for those who are interested in the Dales Pony breed - intended for breeders, owners, or just enthuiasts who want to share stories and experiences, ask questions, seek resources, and connect with other Dales Pony people around the world!
