This list is dedicated to promoting agility events which are open to ALL DOGS and is a forum to:

1. Help facilitate communication within each club and between clubs as well as free agents located in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region.

2. Disseminate information regarding Trials, Events, Show-n-Go's, Seminars, Workshops, Training Class Schedules, Meetings, etc;
Flyers and Premiums can be posted to the Files area. Events can also be listed in the Calendar. The list does not currently allow attachments.

3. A short bio citing a seminar presenter's experience and/or expertise is now a mandatory courtesy which must be provided to DAEC readers.

4. Since this is an announcement list ongoing discussions are not permitted. There are a number of other excellent lists for this purpose. Short brags are certainly welcome!

5. In the spirit of promoting agility for all dogs and a community open to all competitors, please do NOT post information about events that exclude dogs based on pedigree or lack thereof, including AKC agility events, FCI agility events and Breed Specialty agility events. It just gets a lot of people upset.

6. If someone accidentally breaks rule #3, PLEASE let the list admins handle it.
