Dog Runs in NYC Are Different!
NYC dog runs are unique in character tending to be small (less than 1/4 acre) and can be very crowded. Despite their small size, some NYC dog runs can cost in the millions to build and are mainly tax payer funded while others are mere fenced-in plots of dirt. NYC dog run run design should reflect NYC's unique urban environment. Just because it works in Peoria, does not mean it will work here.
