We are a local troop of Dog Scouts of America, a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are centered in Carlisle, PA and welcome anyone in the surrounding area. The mission of Dog Scouts of America is to promote responsible dog ownership and enhance the human / canine bond through positive training and relationship building activities. We also recognize that sharing these things can help keep dogs in happy lifelong homes.

DSA is modeled after other scouting organizations: we learn new things, serve the community, get outside, and enjoy quality time spent with our dogs and each other while we do all those things. In this troop, it's the dogs that earn merit badges!
