We are an independent group of dog owners who's aim is to educate and to alert breeders to what is going on in Asia and hopefully prevent further exports to such places. This group is for the discussion of dogs, any breed, that are being exported to countries in Asia by breeders from all over the world. Many breeders are not aware of the horrors and some are shocked to learn that some of their breeding lines have been sent out to countries like China where breeding for dog fur and the dinner table is a big business. The horrific methods of killing stray, farmed and pet dogs throughout Asia. We also reveal that the fur and hide of dogs and cats end up in the West as, clothing, toys and dog chews to name a few. There is a growing trend of people in China importing pedigree dogs, with well known show lines with the intention of breeding. Please note that most people in Asia see dogs as an object not a domesticated animal and loyal companion.In many parts of China only one dog is allowed by the authorities and dogs over 14 inches at the withers are also excluded.
