This group is dedicated to the study and science of insects from the family Cicadidae. Specifically Cicadas. If you are from the United States, Canada, Mexico or anywhere else in the world that has Cicadas then you are invited to join. Cicadas are the coolest Homopterans ever. Cicadas come in many different varieties and include both Annual and Periodical cicadas. Post questions, sitings, pictures or any other information whether scientific or general interest about Cicadas here.

Before Joining:
All new members must be approved first. When a request to join this group is made, an email will follow containing a brief questionnaire. Kindly fill this out and email back so that a proper introduction to the group can be made.
