As a Gypsy owner, this is definitely not correct. As with many draft breeds,
Gypsies aren't known for being particularly fertile. But most can certainly
be collected and cooled or frozen. I would be very wary of any seller making
that kind of claim and blaming it on the breed, not the stallion.
