As a Gypsy owner, this is definitely not correct. As with many draft breeds,
Gypsies aren't known for being particularly fertile. But most can certainly
be collected and cooled or frozen. I would be very wary of any seller making
that kind of claim and blaming it on the breed, not the stallion.

I have a friend looking to purchase a Gypsy Vanner stallion. Stallion has
only done live cover, very successfully. Owner states that collecting and
cooling will not work with this breed? Any input would help.
