Discussions about issues affecting aviculture are encouraged as long as they stick to the issue and remain respectful of others. Discussion doesn't imply hostility or disrespect for the other view. Discussion is simply the test of ideas. Not only is it fun, but it is absolutely necessary.

To stifle discussion is to fall victim to the political correctness mania foisted on us by people who are afraid of challenges to their ideologies. This is a dangerous trend in the world.

We will put list members on moderation without notice if they fail to abide by the simple rule of respect. We don't have time to write warnings and plead cases. We should all be mature enough to figure out what is acceptable for an avicultural open forum. If you are not able figure that out, a moderator will figure it out for you. We do not charge extra for that service. We do not put members on moderation to stifle the discussion of the issues, but we will do it to maintain a pleasurable list.
