Hello Friends,
Saturday, while the area was pounded by heavy rain storms, the PAL dogs and cats had their day at Petsmart. A cocker spaniel named Angel was adopted by the nice lady who gave Midnight a home a couple weeks ago. An Aussie mix named Kona was adopted by a family with kids. Several kittens found homes. The little white kitten that PAL volunteers bottle fed from the time it was abandoned was a favorite.
We hope you consider adopting a homeless pet. A PAL volunteer is setting up another PAL web-site with pictures of happy adoptive families and their PAL pets. Check it out at www.petleague.org let us know what you think.
A frightened and skittish min-pin escaped from her family in Birchdale (Dale City) let us know if you set eyes on '''CHLOEY" she is very small and quick.
The Prince William county animal shelter is full of lost dogs-and owner give ups. Please let the shelter know if your pet goes missing. If you don't see it in the pens, ask at the desk, some animals are kept away from public view. There is a cute guinea pig there too.
PAL has a litter of puppies! The dad is a boston/pug mix and the mom was a pitbull mix. They will be medium to large size dogs. I will forward all requests for info to the foster mom.
Have a great week, Hope to see you on Saturday. Patty
