MARDI GRAS IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER!!!
If you missed the deadline for tickets for the Rappahannock Area Parrot Head Club's annual Mardi Gras Ball you may not be too late. The RAPHC takes great joy in hosting our annual Mardi Gras Ball to benefit the Companion Animal Rescue Effort (CARE) and Pet Assistance League (PAL). Both CARE and PAL work tirelessly to save as many at-risk dogs and cats as they can from our area shelters. They provide a safe home, loving care, and medical treatment until an animal is adopted into a permanent home.
