Newest photo uploaded to "before and after" album shows the 4th day
after we've noticed Lilly McGillicuddy ferret startlingly growing
thick new fur all over her neck and beginning down her shoulders.
Whaddaya know!, NOT from a Lupron shot and her last melatonin implant
was more than 6 months ago!
After being nearly bare, Lilly McGillicuddy's growing hair!
What seemed to make the difference was that we'd chnged the cloth
cover over her cage-quarters from one that was a slate blue to one
that is a deep (and bright) red.
Mrs. Sukie Crandall had done research and promoted red-colored items
for the ferrets especially those adrenal-affected and Lilly's non-
medication-assisted new growth has borne this out as true!
So eschew the blue and put red or red-brown colored items over your
ferrets' quarters to keep off drafts and give them just a bit-extra
dimness when you have to have the lights on for the other cages'
cleanings and so forth.
