Dear Equine Enthusiast:

Our third annual Pomona, CA Equine Affaire will be held January 30 - February 2, 2003, at Fairplex.  Equine Affaire will return to the West Coast with four days and more than 200 educational clinics, seminars, and demonstrations by top professionals in the horse industry, plus special evening clinics Thursday through Saturday at no extra charge! This year's presenters will include Pat & Linda Parelli, Monty Roberts, Carol Lavell, Dale Livingston, Nicole Shahinian-Simpson, Craig Johnson, Leslie Morse, Ted Robinson, Elizabeth Shatner, Pete Loftin, Chris Irwin, and many more. Both well-known and rare breeds will be showcased in the NEW Breed Pavilion and in breed demonstrations throughout the weekend.

EXHIBIT AT EQUINE AFFAIRE!
Equine Affaire hosts the largest horse-related trade shows in the nation.   The California event features more than 350 commercial exhibits which include the industry's foremost retailers and manufacturers.   Visit our Web site at
http://www.equineaffaire.com/exhibitors/cal/why_exhibit.html to find out why
YOU should exhibit at Equine Affaire.

BE SEEN AT EQUINE AFFAIRE!
Take a closer look at the Official Equine Affaire Event Program.   This effective avenue for marketing to attendees  contains all of the details that horse enthusiasts need to make the most of their time at Equine Affaire, including: a map of the Fairplex facility; detailed building layouts showing educational venues as well as numbered commercial booths and breed pavilion exhibits; alphabetical and categorical exhibitor listings; the detailed clinic, seminar, and demonstration schedule; and biographical information on the scores of presenters who will share their expertise at Equine Affaire.

With 20,000 copies printed, the Equine Affaire Event Program offers you the opportunity to reach qualified horse owners and enthusiasts not only during the exposition, but also long after the event has passed.   Attendees retain their copy of the program as their guide to the businesses and organizations who exhibit.   Of the more than 1,500 attendees surveyed at the 2001 Equine Affaire in California, 75% own one to five horses, 49% ride western, 16% ride English, and 25% ride both.

I have attached the ad specifications for the 2003 California event program.   This information applies to the California, Ohio, and Massachusetts 2003 Event Programs.   Should you choose to advertise in all three event programs, you will receive a 10% discount on each ad—even if you can not exhibit at any of the 2003 Equine Affaires!    The space reservation deadline for the 2003 California Event Program is December 27th and the ad copy deadline is January 3rd, 2003.
