is necessary to maintain the vaccine's effectiveness. In reality,

In the USA, the vaccines are 3-year as approved by the FDA.
However, several states, including Florida and Texas, have a manditory
yearly vaccination law. WHY, since the Federal Government has shown
that the drug is effective for a minimum of at least 3 years?
