February is Adopt A Rescued Rabbit Month, so this valentine’s season we are promoting pairs of buns, and Love is in the Hare! Those of you who have a pair know how incredibly cute and adorable it is to see them snuggling together. Most rabbits are much happier having a friend to keep them company while you work and sleep. Bunny of the Month – Chubby

Chubby is a big love! He is a larger bunny- weighing in about ten pounds. He is very gentle and sweet. Chubby really enjoys attention and is often begging at his cage. Ok- some of the time he is begging for treats. He has a tube that he loves to sleep in. He also has excellent litter box habits. Chubby is one of the Williamsport rabbits and he has been in foster care for 18 months now! Hard to believe no one has adopted this great bunny. Do you have a home for him? Our Education Coordinator is busy trying to fill requests for education events at local pet supply stores and we need your help! With the dreaded Easter bunny buying season looming, we need to get the word out that Easter for a bun is NO fun. Don’t have any experience at our education tables? We can pair you up with an experienced volunteer. It only takes about 4 hours of your time and it can make a world of difference in a bun’s life.
