and checks must be received by August 15th. Unfortunately you need to live in Eastern MA to participate in this fund raiser. We are unable to mail orders to people.

 

Summer season is a difficult time for shelters and rescue groups. Many people surrender their animals before they go on vacation while most people prefer to wait until after their summer trips to adopt. This means that most shelters are overloaded during the summer. HRN is currently full, and has a wait list of rabbits waiting to come into our foster system. If you have been thinking about adopting a rabbit, now would be a great time.

 

August Bun of the Month Punky is looking for a great home!

 

Punky is a pretty bun with beautiful blue eyes and dainty eyeliner around them. She is a bit of a prima donna and is very expressive. She expects to be worshipped and you know exactly what she likes, and doesn't like. She loves her play time, racing around the exercise pen and throwing in binkies all the time. Don't take too long giving her pellets, or she will grunt at you. Punky, a.k.a. Punkerella, has two litter boxes. One she sleeps in, and one she uses for her perfect litter box habits. Do you have a home for this diva?

 

July's Bun of the Month Harpo was adopted!
