Last call for attending the annual HRN potluck, aka the Summer Bunny Bash! This fun potluck takes place on Saturday 4 August at 1 pm in Wilmington , MA
The Fall Yankee Candle Fundraiser officially kicks off at the Summer Bunny Bash. This fundraiser has proved so popular that this year HRN is participating in both the Spring and Fall fundraisers! Please check out the Fall Collection at http://www.yankeefundraising.com
This is a great way to prepare in advance for the holiday season as these festive Yankee candles make fabulous gifts. Even better, HRN will receive 40% of all proceeds so this is a wonderful way to raise money for a good cause and at the same

HRN will be holding educational booths at the following events:
- September 8 - Tufts Open House, Grafton MA

- Pet Rock Pet Fest,
Worcester ,MA - September 9 – Sweet Meadow Farm Day in Sherborn (http://www.sweetmeadowfarm.com)
These education days are good opportunities to talk with knowledgeable rabbit people about any questions you may have on rabbit care. We will also have informational handouts and profiles/pictures of our bunnies available for adoption. Please note that rabbits are not adopted out on site.
We hope you have marked Tuesday October 23 on your calendar! This will be HRN’s second Flatbread Benefit night. Last year’s benefit was a huge success so we are thrilled to be a chosen charity for a second year running. Located in Bedford
Now to our Bunny of the Month- Ringo! Ringo is an adorable bunny with a cute white spot on his nose! When he sees you he runs right over to the edge of his cage looking for attention and treats. Ringo likes giving kisses and will happily wash your face for you. If he's not washing your face, then he is looking for pats or a treat. He is fond of food, in fact a
little too fond. He has been on a diet and has already lost half a pound! You do have to be careful giving him his food as he is a little too eager to eat it and might mistake your finger for a carrot or piece of lettuce.
Ringo is a confident and self assured rabbit. He enjoys his play time and is
always exploring in the exercise pen. He is fairly active and always looking
for the next adventure. Ringo has good litter box habits.
