If you look at the "Rescue and Adoption" category there are already more than 4900 groups and yahoo refuses to seperate these out by state. If you think this is ridiculous then contact Yahoo help via the form below and complain. The subcategories of "cats" or "dogs" made sense when there were only 100 rescue groups but that was a long time ago.
