Hi,
I have been a member (though not a consistently active one) for the past 7.5
years, the age of our much adored green girl Samantha. She is our pride and
joy. Although I have read Melissa Kaplan's site, especially the section on
zoonoses, many times, I find myself still wanting more thoughts to help me make
a decision on whether or not to have children (thinking ahead to a few years
down the road). We have been married five years and we would like to expand our
family someday, with Sammy remaining an important, prized member of our family.
What precautions can we take to keep our home a healthy and happy one when and
if we should decide to have human babies?
I appreciate all of your input!
Thanks,
Emily
