The Indy_Newf mailing list is a regional list for Newfoundland Dog lovers and owners. As we all know, you don't have to own a Newfy to love the breed, so this list has been created to allow all Newf lovers the chance to chat and exchange information about these wonderful giants.

The list is open to to Newf fanciers from around the globe, however it is expected that the discussion will center around the happenings and lives of Newfs from the area and states surrounding Indianapolis Indiana. Topics will include, but are not limited to, upcoming activities, stories about our Newfs, questions and answers about Newfoundlands and their human companions, and the ups and downs of everyday life with these furry friends of ours.

Posts requesting breeder referrals or recommendations are prohibited, as are posts advertising puppies. If you are looking for a puppy, please consult the NCA Breeder's List. Other topics considered inappropriate, are flames or derisive posts of a personal nature. Excessive advertising also will not be tolerated. If you are a purveyor of Newf related goods, feel free to post about your product ONCE. Finally, it is hoped that you will keep jokes and one liners to a minimum. We all get enough e-mail and don't need to get three copies of the same humor or lots of "me too"s.
