For any of you that took the CGC test and have not mailed in your form, the address has changed from the one listed at the bottom of the form.  Mine was returned yesterday with a yellow Not Deliverable As Addressed sticker.

 

I talked to the AKC CGC person today.  She said they had moved and provided the following change in their mailing address:
