Tony, Fookie, and the Dog Blue
A team of three but now only two
All our prayers are working for you
For the healing that now you must do

Last night we saw, the bright fast star
As it crossed all the sky from afar
A Great Kai had just suddenly passed
One final flight, on the way home at last

He was the Kai Fuku, a master and servant
No Kai was faster, no heart so fervent
Two rabbits for chasing just wouldn’t do
The real fun was running and pouncing on Blue

He perfected the art of building a fort
Of blankets and pillows and stuff of the sort
He’d jump up on top from a full speed run
And sit with curled foot, like a king on a throne

The sudden loss of companion and friend
Opens the doors of heaven again
The spirit of Kai……….full force to the end
Nothing compares to a man and his Ken

Fuku Fuku
Kai Ken so true
We will miss you
As will Tony and Blue
