This group has been changed to a two fold group. We have opened up to become a chat group as it is what the majority of members wanted, but also remain a notice group for updates to Katie's klog. Members can choose to be on individual mail to take part in all the group has to offer or special notice only meaning they would only receive a post once in awhile when there is an update to the KLOG.
We are a group of people who have met/are meeting through our birds. We chat about anything and everything to do with our birds, with a little OT thrown in.
We are an all species group from the tiniest finches to the largest Macaws. We even have a couple of specialty birds..

Our HOME PAGE PICTURE representing us this month is Wanda's Congo African Grey Parrot. They live in Virginia. Wanda had noticed Lola was beginning to pluck so she started giving her more frequent baths. She soon discovered that Lola enjoyed floating in her wreath. I have never seen a bird who enjoyed swimming/floating like this before.
