WELCOME DOXIE LOVERS!

This is a group for anyone in Los Angeles who is owned by a Dachshund. If you are besotted by the breed, or just your own doxie, or even thinking of getting one, this is the place for you. We meet monthly and, sometimes informally, in-between the monthly meet-ups. These opportunities for us and our dogs to socialize are usually held at the small-dog areas of fenced in dog parks, but we've also hiked, visited dog-friendly beaches, and we hope to plan more special events. In trying to give everyone a chance for a meet-up in their neighborhood, this year we've come up with a loose schedule of locations that is always open to change, depending on the wishes of the group. Our discussion list is friendly and informative, too. And don't let the LA location deter you; we have one far-flung member who just likes to chat with us online. So that's the long and short of it. We hope to see you soon!
