This group is for discussion of pet laws of Texas and specifically Lubbock County, our rights as pet owners and what we can do to preserve those rights. Information about proposed breed-specific legislation, mandatory spay/neuter laws, etc. Information regarding these issues from other parts of the USA will also be posted from time to time. What passes in one city will be in our city next. Friendly discussions welcome.
