Amana isn't showing very well at the shelter. She is one of those kitties that
prefers to sit by your side and will let you know when she wants to be petted.
If you're petting her too much she can be nippy.

Otherwise she's a very mellow girl who would probably be happy just sitting by a
window watching the world go by. She does seem to like being brushed. She's
around 4 years old and has been at the shelter for almost 2 months now. Several
people have looked at her but are always put off when she gets nippy.

We think this is something a cat savvy adopter could discourage and may be
related to the stress of shelter living. She also would prefer to be an only
cat.
