I found out today about a dog that has been chained to a tree for 2 years and the owners are moving and are not taking the dog with them. This dog is a rat terrier/shitzu mix. At one time, it was house broken. Even if it is a "foster" situation, this dog needs a temporary home. The woman who is giving the dog away had it in her car today with
the windows rolled up. They do not need this dog any longer! Please pass this along and contact me if anyone is interested. They said the dog is hyper but not aggressive.
