Just wanted to let you know that there is a new dog park in Lexington! It's located at Coldstream Park, which is off Newtown Pike across from the Marriott. We will be having a "Dedication" soon, that information will come shortly.

Coldstream Dog Park has 2 paddocks. This is something we've wanted to do for a while. If you have a small dog (or a crafy dog that like to get out!), please use the paddock to the right as you approach the gates. We've been advised of a few groundhog holes under the fence on the other side, and there is a VERY busy road really close by. We are working on getting a system together with Parks to help us fill the holes, so hopefully those will be taken care of soon.
Even if it's all the way across town for you, check it out sometime! It should be a wonderful feeling to know that YOU are a part of this; whether through donations, volunteering, or just using the dog parks, we know the support is there.
As usual, if you have any concerns or comments about any of the dog parks, please feel free to post them on this email list or email us directly at info@.... We love to here good and bad...after all, we can not fix it if we do not know it's broken! Some things we do know about and are working on with Parks.
