I know what you mean. I felt bad for leaving the tiny ones and taking a pudgy healthy one. This new one absolutely loves me though. He had been looking at me before the pet shop owner picked him up. There were some older ratties there too. I just feel so bad for them all. I had no intention of even getting another one but I had forgotten a shelf I purchased and had to go back. When little Scooter peed in my hand it was all over. He marked me as his property!
